- Connect health centers
- Share and leverage resources
- Represent a unified voice on behalf of our member health centers

To become a member:
- Organizations must meet all eligibility criteria which include
- organization that operates as a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) (as defined by Federal law) or operates as a Look-alike health center (LAL) as defined by Federal law,
- operates in California,
- is exempt from taxation under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code,
- is nominated for participation in the Corporation by a Director who operates a health center in a contiguous county, and,
- receives a two-thirds vote of approval by the Directors then in office.

- Educational conferences, workshops and learning communities (included or discounted fee)
