CVHN Team

Marjorie is responsible for CVHN finance, accounting and grant reporting & invoicing. She has worked as Finance Director at CVHN since 2015. She has an Accounting credential from UC Davis, a B.S. from UCLA, and an MBA from Pepperdine University.

Alyssa focuses on the strategic growth of CVHN’s programs and initiatives, and policy issues, as the organization continues to support its member health centers’ efforts in the Central Valley, Sacramento, and Northern California regions.

Prior to joining CVHN, Alyssa worked for Saint Agnes Medical Center in Fresno, California, managing patient access operations and then transitioning into Graduate Medical Education with the development of the Emergency Medicine Residency Program.

Alyssa has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a Spanish minor from Gordon College and Master of Health Administration in Health Systems Management from George Mason University.

Amiee is a native Californian and was born and raised in the Golden State. After attending two years at Assumption University in Bangkok, Thailand, she came back to her roots to marry and raise her three children. Most of her adult life was spent in a small community in Northeastern California, where she was an active 4-H and FFA volunteer.

It was in this community that Amiee served one term as an AmeriCorps Member and proceeded to supervise the program, which specialized in home visitation and school readiness. Amiee also found a passion for women’s health and followed this to manage a prenatal health program in the local Federally Qualified Health Center. In 2014 she moved back to central California and worked for various non-profits and health centers.

Amiee has her Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Fresno Pacific University.

Isabella was born and raised in Fresno, CA, and graduated with a BS from CSU Fresno, with a focus on Exercise and Health Education. Prior to joining CVHN, Isabella’s experience in non-profit organizations allowed her the privilege of serving underserved and underrepresented communities in the Central Valley, leading behavioral health programs and collaborating with community organizations, school districts, and health centers

Michael was born and raised in Sanger, CA and obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Print Journalism from CSU Fresno.

Prior to joining CVHN, he contributed to marketing and communications efforts in the fields of behavioral health and human services on behalf of non-profit organizations located throughout California, Southern Nevada, and Oregon’s Marion and Polk Counties.

As CVHN’s Director of Communications, Michael develops and implements the organization’s communications strategy, amplifying the voice of our members. Michael brings with him an eclectic set of skills and a passion for positively impacting the world around him.

Christina coordinates CVHN’s operations and assists in advancing outreach strategies to support our health center members in the Central Valley, Sacramento, and Northern California regions.

Prior to joining CVHN, Christina built a community-driven career working in the Central Valley’s non-profit sector by supporting large-scale outreach efforts and providing program management for underserved populations, including Governor Gavin Newsom’s Listos California campaign and the CalFresh Outreach Program during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Christina has a Bachelor of Arts in English with a Creative Writing minor from CSU Fresno.

Destiny has a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration from CSU Fresno and is currently obtaining her Master of Public Health (MPH) from CSU Fresno as well, where her focus will be on health promotion and education. She is passionate about addressing gaps in healthcare access for marginalized groups resulting from systemic, geographic, and social determinants of health. Previously, she supported local and state health departments with quality improvement, communications, and accreditation readiness efforts. In addition to her experience with public health departments, Destiny also interned at a nonprofit focused on maternal and perinatal health in Fresno County during her undergraduate studies.
