Agricultural Worker Health Day

Part of what makes the Health Center Model successful is the ability to tailor programming and care for the specific needs of the community where they are located. The work of Migrant/Agricultural Worker Health Center grantees is critical to ensuring access to quality primary and preventive care for migrant/seasonal agricultural worker patients who might otherwise go without care. Consider hosting one of the following events in recognition of Agricultural Worker Health Center Day this year:

  • Host a mobile health screening and health fair event –  organize an event on site with partners in your community to reach agricultural workers onsite at their workplace.
  • Visit the National Center for Farmworker Health to learn about the Agricultural Worker 2020 Campaign and to access promotional materials and resources.
